Children in Need - Leyland Food Bank Donations

On the back of the fantastic response from our pupils and families at Worden, we were delighted to hand over the food donations to a local food bank based in Leyland. Once again, we would like to say a huge thank you to all our families who have donated food to support others in our community.

The food bank is run from Leyland St. Mary’s Church with support (food and helpers) from our other CTL churches. This provides food parcels for the needy.
Food parcels are available for the needy for any reason between 10 – 12 Monday to Thursday. Please go to the presbytery building (walk past the front of the round church to the building facing the road) at St. Mary’s Leyland (on Broadfield Drive) and ring the bell on the front door.
Donations of long-life items can be made at St. Mary’s at the above times, via your local church or at collecting points near the entrance in Leyland Morrisons or Tesco.Tel 01772 455955 or contact St. Mary’s Church.
