Year 10 pupils visited Foxholes Restaurant at Runshaw College this week. Students were involved in a variety of tasks including tasting main courses, producing garnishes, petit fours, millionaires shortbread, making mocktails, silver service and even event planning.
Comments from our students included "an amazing day!" and "friendly staff and helpful students which made our day memorable." Thank you to Foxholes.
